Since first opening in May 2012, CoCoon has developed and grown the following programs to provide entrepreneurs a full ecosystem of resources to start and propel their businesses:
CoCoon Pitch Night
It is a monthly event for 6 teams to present before an audience of potential investors, media, partners and users. CoCoon members have risen over HKD 15million in funding. 13 Pitch Nights have been held with: 39 experienced judges, 65 pitch teams, 1500+ audience and HKD 140,000+ cash prizes.
Itis an online platform where entrepreneurs and freelancers can post and browse projects in development, design, marketing and more. With over HKD 9million value of projects entrepreneurs have the opportunity to find great freelancers or apply for engaging work. Paired with the monthly CoCoon Market Meetup freelancers and project owners can work together online and meet face to face regularly.
CoCoon Power Up Station

Got too much work and need interns? CoCoon STEP (Students Training in Entrepreneurship Program) matches entrepreneurial students with CoCoon members. During the internship, students are invited to participate in CoCoon Core, a weekly entrepreneurship workshop to equip them with the knowledge and skills to develop their own ideas and products.
Increase media exposure through CoCoon's multi-media channels. CoCoon members have been introduced and featured on Forbes, Bloomberg, Techcrunch, TVB, South China Morning Post, Apple Daily, Next Magazine and more. Through CoCoon Pitch Night, Inside CoCoon blog feature and our extensive reach we aim to help entrepreneurs deliver their message to the market.
Meet and network with the entrepreneurship community through weekly Community Coffee Breaks, monthly Community Potluck Lunches, CoCoon Market Meet-ups, Connector Lunches, Pitch Night and much more for the community to meet, demo and collaborate.
